Are you ready to make a global impact? As Lead Digital Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to truly make a difference. You’ll define and bring to life our digital strategy, build a strong team of digital specialists, collaborate with creative and technical colleagues, and launch campaigns that are not only visible, but deliver measurable results.
It's your responsibility to strategically manage our global digital marketing budget. You’ll optimize customer journeys, leverage automation and AI to streamline processes, and ensure everything we do contributes to growth. Whether it’s paid search, social, programmatic, or our website, you know how to strike the right chord with our audience.
You move effortlessly between strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with the brand and content teams to activate campaigns, and with external agencies to scale them effectively. You keep a clear overview, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met. Meanwhile, you stay on top of the latest mar-tech tools and share your knowledge with the team, so we grow together.

About your team
In the coming years, we’re focusing on further growth and could really use your help. The Marketing & Communications department consists of 23 team members working in trade marketing, commercial project management, consumer communication, online, and design.
Job requirements
10+ years of experience developing and executing B2C digital marketing strategies
A proven track record of driving measurable improvements in click-through rates, conversion, and ROI
Strong stakeholder management skills: you coordinate teams across countries and engage with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
Proactive, structured, and results oriented. You finish what you start
Strong leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading digital initiatives
Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable consumer insights and performance gains
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, analytics, and digital media platforms
