As a fast-growing company, we increasingly rely on data. The more we know, the better we can determine our course. This data is provided by our own Data Competence Center, which collects, structures, and makes data accessible.

Since May 2026, our logistics colleagues have been working from the brand-new Quooker Distribution Center (QDC) in Ridderkerk. With this new location, we are taking an important step in Quooker’s continued international growth while creating a working environment where people, collaboration and development are central.

What should — and shouldn’t — you do when applying for a job at Quooker? Chief People Officer Isabel Salomons shares her top tips. “Above all, show us who you are.”

On the outskirts of Zurich is Quooker Switzerland’s office. Sven Breitenmoser leads a team of forty people here, who are fully committed to convincing the Swiss of all the conveniences of Der Wasserhahn, der alles kann.

Quooker now has offices in nineteen countries, with a new country added almost every year. From the head office in Ridderkerk, Ralf and his team ensure that new international colleagues can get started right away.

Elvera is our Team Lead Finance & Control. In the evenings, she uses her knowledge and expertise to help people who are struggling financially, simply because she has the capacity to do so and finds it important to support others.

Last November, our colleague Isabella Tielen travelled to Malawi with Quooker. For the first time, she witnessed firsthand the impact of the “Litre for a Litre” campaign that Quooker runs in partnership with Made Blue.

At Quooker, we encourage employees to keep developing themselves. Through our training calendar, we offer a wide range of courses and training programmes, all of which take place during working hours. Production employee Demelza Schneider enthusiastically takes advantage of these opportunities.

At Quooker, we place great value on our strong and welcoming company culture, where people come first. We believe it is important that everyone feels welcome and part of that culture. That is why all new employees receive a warm and comprehensive introduction. For our international colleagues, we have developed a dedicated international onboarding program.

We recently opened a dedicated training facility at Quooker: the Quooker Academy. Here, we train our dealers, service partners, and new employees, teaching them everything they need to know about the installation and operation of our products.

An unused mezzanine in our production hall has been transformed into ‘De Binnentuin’: a space where colleagues can come together, hold meetings, relax, play games, and celebrate special occasions. Its creation is a great example of Quooker’s company culture: “When someone has a great idea, we work together to see if we can make it happen.”

At Quooker, we believe it is important to take good care of our employees. Through our vitality programme, we help them stay fit and healthy—not only physically, but mentally as well. During Mental Health Awareness Week, we go the extra mile.

In April 2025, Quooker Poland officially opened its doors. As most people in Poland are still unfamiliar with the boiling-water tap, Country Manager Agnieszka Cegła has plenty of work ahead of her.

At Quooker, we make a product that helps save many litres of water every year. And it’s not just Quooker households that benefit. Through the Made Blue Foundation, we donate the equivalent amount of water saved to developing countries where access to clean drinking water is severely limited.

Twenty years ago, we started developing bladder technology at Quooker. In 2009, the first 'Balg' tank became a reality, and in 2012 it was introduced in Denmark. Since 2025, every reservoir produced in our factory has been equipped with bladder technology on the inside.

Quooker is growing rapidly, and we want our employees to grow along with us. That’s why we invest heavily in their development. Recently, marketers Nienke Jongenelen and Nellienja van Baarle completed a three-day Personal Leadership training program.

Although we work as sustainably and responsibly as possible, Quooker also generates waste. For each waste stream, our Waste Flow Coordinator looks for the best possible destination and method of processing.

Germany is one of the top three markets for Quooker systems. This is especially noteworthy because German consumers are generally not among the first to embrace kitchen innovations, says Country Manager Daniel Hörnes.

Three times a year, all Quooker employees come together for the Quooker Quarterly Meeting (the “Quooker Meeting”). During this company-wide gathering, the most important updates and developments are shared with everyone. The drinks and social time afterwards serve an equally important purpose.

Standards are high in Quooker’s factory. We are constantly looking for ways to work more efficiently and productively, using ever smarter machines. But the real key to our success? That’s our people, says Operations Manager Ben Schop.

In 2015, Quooker entered the market in the United Arab Emirates for the first time. The climate, culture, and target audience require a very different approach. Philipe van der Loo, Managing Director of Quooker Emirates, shares his experiences.

Logistics employee Ian Pangan is not one to sit still—neither at work nor in his free time. This winter, he completed the Alternative Elfstedentocht on Austria’s Weissensee for the eighteenth time, an event that is held there every year.

Quooker employees can now work out in a brand-new gym. The facility was created with the help, hard work, and enthusiasm of colleagues from several departments. Tool Maker Edwin and HR Business Partner Daniëlle led the project.

To mark International Volunteer Day, we would like to put our colleague Annalies van Dam in the spotlight. In addition to her work as a Cleaning Employee at Quooker, she collects second-hand clothing and toys for families who need them.

At Quooker, we prefer to do as much as possible ourselves. The same goes for filling the CO₂ cylinders used in the CUBE, which allows you to dispense sparkling and chilled water from a Quooker system. As Production Coordinator, Marcel van Beekum was closely involved in developing the new production line that makes this possible.

Every six months, Quooker welcomes fifteen to twenty interns to the workplace. They are recruited by Isabella Tielen, who once started as an intern at Quooker herself and went on to build a career with the company, including responsibilities in campus recruitment.

Quite unique: at Quooker, we have our own in-house design studio. Here, a team of creative professionals develops all our communication and promotional materials. For Eelko van der Made, Creative Designer at the studio, no two days are ever the same.

Cake, gifts and speeches — there has been plenty to celebrate at Quooker lately. Colleagues Ester Timmers, Marco Opschoor and Edward Pol recently marked their 25-year anniversaries with the company. “It feels like we helped build the company ourselves.”

For an entire month, Stephen Johnson, Managing Director of Quooker UK, walked 46.3 kilometres every day. He did so to raise awareness for children grieving the loss of a parent — a cause that is very close to his heart.

Gert works four days a week as a Senior Toolmaker at Quooker. Even in his free time, technology remains a passion: in his home workshop, he crafts beautiful musical instruments by hand.

The design of Quooker taps has evolved tremendously over the years, and that evolution is still ongoing. R&D Engineer Sergio Fazzi shares what it’s like to contribute to that journey.

Tisha Civilis performed so well in Quooker’s logistics centre that the next step in her career at Quooker soon came her way. Today, she plays an indispensable role within the IT department.

At Quooker, we help our employees stay healthy and energised by providing fresh fruit for everyone to enjoy and a healthy daily lunch. Our creative catering team brings plenty of variety and surprise to the menu, ensuring there is something for everyone.

Our Research & Development team recently moved into a dedicated lab of their own. This R&D lab is a true playground for innovation — a place where new ideas are conceived, developed, and tested, sparking even more innovation along the way.

On 7 December, we celebrate International Volunteer Day. At Quooker, many employees dedicate their time to helping others alongside their full-time jobs. One of them is our Mechatronics Engineer, Stein Poiesz, who has been serving as a volunteer firefighter for the past ten years.

As Manager of our Machine Building department in Bladel, Paul Leemans spends his days working with technology. And in the weekends, he happily continues tinkering in his own garage at home, restoring and working on classic cars.

Chantal worked as a florist for many years before deciding to take her career in a new direction and apply for a job at Quooker. She started as a production employee and now travels across the country as a Service Technician, carrying out installations and repairs.

Soon, five Quooker employees will step into a rowing boat together. They will row from Katwijk to Sizewell in England, retracing the journey made by Henri Peteri — the inventor of the boiling-water tap — in 1941.

At Quooker, we design, build and maintain all of our machines ourselves. That makes the work of our Mechatronics Engineers and Maintenance team both challenging and rewarding. Just ask Ezra.

Through Quooker’s vitality program, we encourage our employees to stay active and healthy. Even better, some of the classes are led by enthusiastic colleagues themselves, including yoga and boxing sessions.

On Saturday, April 15, 2023, we at Quooker opened our doors wide to the family members and friends of our employees. During the Family Fun Fair, we enjoyed a behind-the-scenes look at Quooker together, along with games, food, and drinks.

Quooker is moving! Construction of a brand-new, fully sustainable company building will begin in early 2024. Production facilities, storage, offices, service operations, and the showroom will once again be brought together under one green, climate-adaptive roof.

At Quooker, we aim to run our business in a socially responsible way, with care for people both inside and outside our company. We are proud that our employees share these values. One example is Karlee Doove, who spends almost all of her free weekends helping people experiencing homelessness.

At Quooker, we not only create a sustainable product, but we do so in a socially responsible way. With care for people, animals, and the planet. We work with suppliers who share our values, such as Confed in Dordrecht.

Quooker is steadily conquering the world. We are currently active in fifteen countries, and everywhere we establish ourselves, the tap that can do it all becomes a success.

At Quooker, we do a lot to encourage our colleagues to eat healthily and stay active. The activities we organize are also a great deal of fun and help strengthen team spirit!

In early September 2022, we travelled to Iceland with 330 Quooker colleagues. For three days, we enjoyed the breathtaking landscapes, unique natural phenomena and activities, great food and drinks and above all, each other’s company.
