How many days of annual leave do you get at Quooker?
At Quooker, you receive 27 days of annual leave. In addition, you can accrue 13 extra days off through our ATV scheme, giving you up to 40 days off per year in total.
How does Quooker’s pension scheme work?
Quooker pays 75% of your pension contribution, while you pay the remaining 25%. This way, we invest together in your financial future, including life after retirement.
What development opportunities does Quooker offer?
Every year, you can take part in training courses and workshops through our learning calendar. We also offer career development programmes for different groups of employees. Do you need a course or training that matches your role and learning goals? We will be happy to explore the options with you. Quooker also provides the necessary safety training and certifications for relevant roles.
What do hybrid and flexible working look like at Quooker?
If you work in an office-based role, you will usually spend four days a week at our office in Ridderkerk and can work from home one day a week. You can organise your working day flexibly, starting between 07:00 and 09:00 and finishing between 15:30 and 18:00.
How does Quooker support your health and wellbeing?
You can take part in sports classes directly after work and receive a monthly sports allowance of €25. You also receive a 15% discount on supplementary health insurance with Zilveren Kruis and €5 net per month if your supplementary insurance includes physiotherapy. At locations with a staff restaurant, we provide free fruit and healthy, affordable lunches.
What commuting options does Quooker offer?
You receive a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for a one-way commute of up to 30 kilometres, including when you walk or cycle to work. You can also use our bicycle scheme to purchase a bike for commuting.
