As Management Support Officer, you bring calm, structure and warm professionalism to a fast‑moving executive setting. You work closely with our CEO and Management Team, ensuring their meetings and off-sites run smoothly. You manage the CEO’s agenda with attention and foresight, anticipate what is needed and ensure that priorities receive the space they deserve. You coordinate meetings, prepare MT sessions, maintain overview of the inbox and act as a confident, friendly point of contact for colleagues and external partners. You organize all travel arrangements for the CEO and MT members, handling complex international schedules with care and making every journey feel smooth and stress‑free. You also take ownership of national and international MT off-sites and executive gatherings, creating well‑organized moments that strengthen collaboration.
Within our HR team, you are the organizing force behind key programs and initiatives. You coordinate international onboarding and welcome new colleagues during our monthly introduction afternoons. You coordinate the internal training programs, keep the administration in order and contribute to Vitality activities that support a positive and energetic work environment. Throughout the year you assist HR with major events such as Quooker Meetings, festive celebrations, Christmas packages and, once every four years, our Quooker Worldwide Day.

About your team
In this role, you become part of our HR team while working closely with our CEO and the wider Management Team (consisting of our CCO, CFO, CIO, CMO, CPO, CSCO and CTO). Within HR, you join a team of 11 professionals in the Netherlands: an HR & Payroll Officer, a Campus Recruiter, two HR Advisors, two HR Business Partners, an Employer Branding Specialist, a Learning & Development Specialist, an International Talent Acquisition Manager, an international HR manager and our CPO. Each of us brings our own expertise, curiosity and energy, and we are united by a collaborative spirit and a good dose of fun. Quooker has an open, informal atmosphere where learning never stops and where we tackle challenges together.
In the coming year, we will focus strongly on aligning our international HR processes and building even stronger connections across our global organisation, a journey you will actively contribute to as part of our team.
What do we expect from you?
You have several years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Management Support professional.
You demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership, ideally at CEO or MT level.
You have strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate complex schedules, events, and logistics independently and know how to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
You have a strong sense of initiative, recognizing priorities early and maintaining your calm under pressure.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. You are an expert in working with MS office.
