As a Verification Engineer, you create detailed test plans based on product requirements and applicable standards. You translate verification needs into practical test setups always keeping efficiency and feasibility in mind. 

You take ownership of the entire verification process: from defining test plans to developing and building test equipment, and executing the tests yourself. During the test phase, you perform a wide range of verification tests on components and systems according to your established procedures. You closely monitor progress, identify deviations, and are not afraid to push boundaries to truly explore the limits of the product! 

After testing, you analyze the collected data to verify whether the design meets all requirements. Based on your findings, you provide clear and well-founded recommendations for improvements.

About your team

At Quooker, sixty R&D colleagues work on the development of Quooker products. You will be part of the Verification team, which consists of various disciplines: electronics, software, mechanical engineering and engineers. Together, you contribute to the automation, mechanization and standardization of test processes within R&D. In addition, you collaborate closely with the project teams to verify new products or product changes. 

Job requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics.

  • You have 3–5 years of work experience in a similar role.

  • You have an affinity with measurement and control engineering and data analysis.

  • You have experience with SolidWorks and/or Python (this is a plus).

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.

  • You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in or around Ridderkerk.
