Would you like to shape the future of the supply chain of a fast-growing international manufacturing organization? As Head of Supply Chain at Quooker, you develop and drive our end-to-end supply chain strategy. You lead the further professionalization of demand and supply planning, inventory management and S&OP, ensuring our supply chain can scale alongside our international growth.

You work across the organization to turn data into better business decisions. As a strategic partner to Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance, you challenge assumptions, create scenarios and bring commercial ambitions and operational capabilities together. You further develop our planning capabilities through Slimstock, Infor, Power BI and emerging technologies, while continuously improving forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service and supply chain resilience.

You are a visible leader who leads and develops a high-performing Supply Chain team. You create ownership, strengthen analytical and advisory capabilities and know how to bring different stakeholders together around one integrated plan. As a result, you make an impact not only through processes and technology, but above all through people and collaboration.

About your team

You lead a multidisciplinary Supply Chain team consisting of 4 Supply Chain Planners, 2 Demand Planners (including S&OP) and 3 Supply Chain Project Managers. The team also includes a Team Lead Master Data, who leads 2 Master Data Specialists.

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant supply chain experience.

• At least 5 years of people leadership experience.

• Proven track record in an international manufacturing environment.

• Experience leading mature S&OP processes.

• Strong background in ERP, planning systems and digital transformation.

• Demonstrated success in organisational change and continuous improvement.

• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
