As our Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you take the lead in shaping the future of our organization. You design and execute our strategic recruitment plan with vision and precision, ensuring we identify and attract the talent that will drive our international growth. You are the one who professionalizes our recruitment and onboarding processes, setting new standards and leading (strategic) hiring initiatives across countries. You do so by building strong partnerships with country managers and local HR teams along the way. You guide end‑to‑end hiring processes for senior and specialized roles here in the Netherlands.

In this new role, you also develop and implement an employer branding strategy together with our Employer branding specialist that strengthens our presence worldwide. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of your approach, and you make sure these values are embedded in every hiring practice. In addition, you play a key role in reinforcing and showcasing our unique company culture, ensuring it is reflected consistently across all touchpoints of the candidate and employee journey.

With a sharp eye for data, you analyze talent metrics to improve the candidate experience and bring innovation and precision into our strategies. You actively explore and implement the possibilities offered by AI, ensuring that we remain ahead in recruitment excellence.

About the HR team

Quooker is growing, and our HR team is growing with it. We are now a team of nine HR professionals in the Netherlands: one HR & Payroll Officer, one Campus Recruiter, two HR Advisors, two HR Business Partners, one Employer branding specialist, one Learning & development specialist and a CPO. Each of us is fully dedicated to our own areas of expertise, working with passion every day, and never without sharing some fun together. Quooker has an informal atmosphere where you can learn continuously, and where we tackle HR challenges as a team. One thing we know for sure: we are never finished. In the coming year, we will place a strong emphasis on the international alignment of our HR processes and on building stronger connections across our global organization.

Job requirements

  • You have a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.

  • You bring considerable experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within an international environment, complemented by several years of experience in a leadership role.

  • You have strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and dashboards.

  • You have a proven ability to design and improve candidate experience journeys.

  • You are an internationally minded strategist with a pragmatic approach and strong cultural awareness.

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.

  • You don’t mind to travel to our international offices as this is part of this role.
