Business Analyst - Marketing

    • Ridderkerk
  • BI&IM

You’re perfect for Quooker because you

  • With your ability to turn analysis into action, you help move Quooker forward.

  • With clear communication and strong reasoning, you align stakeholders and drive decisions.

  • With your analytical mindset, you proactively identify opportunities and initiate meaningful improvements.

As Business Analyst, you play a key role in Quooker’s digital transformation. You take a critical look at how we work today and identify where innovation is needed to enhance customer experience and stay ahead. You think beyond day-to-day issues and bring a clear vision on how our marketing and e-commerce ecosystem can grow and scale for the future.

You take ownership from idea to execution. From gathering requirements and aligning international stakeholders to leading implementations in existing or new IT systems, you drive improvement end to end. Your goal is to create a future-proof ecosystem where data, technology and marketing work seamlessly together.

You are the first point of contact for marketing teams when it comes to improvements. Acting as a strategic advisor, you translate e-commerce trends and business needs into concrete technological solutions, from new tools and smarter ways of working to dashboards that provide real insight. You structure these needs into a clear backlog, set priorities with an international mindset, and know when a small optimization is enough or when a full project is required.

Project leadership is a core part of your role. You lead diverse, often international projects and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to make marketing operations smarter, more efficient and more data-driven. Sometimes you build or extend dashboards yourself; other times you team up with our Data / BI specialists to unlock deeper insights.

In this new role you don’t just analyse, you shape the future of our marketing and e-commerce landscape.

What can you expect from us?

  • A culture where you are at the center, because we’re not afraid to show appreciation and give feedback, so you always know where you stand.

  • We invest in your development through training programs and tailored coaching.

  • Hybrid working means 4 days at our office in Ridderkerk and 1 day from home.

  • A unique work environment where you see your ideas come to life in practice.

  • Working with a sustainable product and recycling old products (tip: check out the Op Stoom podcast episode about our challenges in circularity).

  • Fresh fruit every day and healthy, affordable bites in our company restaurant.

  • Drinks, outings, and parties to enjoy together.

  • A vitality program and a sports allowance of €25 per month.

  • 27 vacation days, plus the option to buy 10 extra days each year to help you stay energized.

  • A great employee discount so you can experience the convenience of a Quooker at home.
