Are you a senior marketing professional with a passion for building strong brands on a global scale? Do you have proven experience in the premium segment and know how to create brand experiences that both inspire and convert? As Manager Marketing & communications (global), you are the driving force behind the international implementation of our brand strategy. Together with a creative and strategic team, you translate our long-term brand vision into campaigns and activations that resonate with consumers, wherever they are in the world. You take ownership of Quooker’s global brand narrative and have a direct impact on how millions of people experience our brand every day. 

 

In this role, you lead large-scale international marketing projects, from brand campaigns and TV productions to PR and influencer activations. You move effortlessly between strategy, creation, and execution, with a sharp eye for cultural nuance, storytelling, and planning. You know how to build brand experiences that remain relevant across borders and set the standard in the premium kitchen and design segment. 

 

You’re the link between strategy and execution, taking full ownership of every project you lead. From briefing to production, from local adaptation to global launch—you manage timelines, safeguard quality, and deliver results. You collaborate closely with agencies, internal stakeholders, and local teams, and know how to mobilize people and processes. Every touchpoint is on point, from visuals to messaging, from timing to impact. 

You stay on top of market trends, monitor consumer behavior, and ensure our communication remains relevant and consistent. In doing so, you’re not only building the Quooker brand, you’re also shaping your own international success story.

About your team

In the coming years, we’re focusing on further growth and could really use your help. The Marketing & Communications department consists of 23 team members working in trade marketing, commercial project management, consumer communication, online, and design.

Job requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in international brand management or consumer marketing within the premium segment 

  • Proven track record in building brands globally and leading large-scale campaigns 

  • Strong project management skills and a hands-on mentality 

  • Strategic and operational strength—you think ahead and execute with precision 

  • Deep understanding of cultural differences and how they influence brand communication 

  • Decisive, proactive, and accountable, you take ownership 

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
